ANFA decided to provide 10 lakhs for Clubs playing AFC organised tournaments

Football governing body of Nepal The All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) on Tuesday decided to provide Rs.1 Million (Rs 10 lakh) to the clubs competiting outside the SAARC region whereas they will get Rs.500,000 (Rs. 5 Lakh) to any clubs competing in the AFC Cup organized by the AFC outside the SAARC region as assistance from ANFA.
Similarly, the meeting also decided to hold the association’s General Assembly on October 24 (Kartik 8) in Kathmandu.The meeting was conducted under the leadership of acting ANFA president Narendra Shrestha. It means that, the association will get its new president on 24th of October.
The assembly will also elect a new president and a vice president. The post of the vice president had been vacant after the demise of Lalit Krishna Shrestha.
