Three Star Club is First Nepali Team to Qualify for Next Round

After Home team Erchim FC defeated Nagaworld FC 1-0, it makes sure for Three Star Club to go through for next round of AFC Cup 2017 Qualification. Nagaworld FC needed minimum 3-0 margin win to surpass Three Star Club. However, they were defeated instead.
Three Star Club has altogether four points thanks to 2-0 defeat of Erchim and a subsequent 1-1 draw with Nagaworld.

Similarly, Bhutan's FC Tertons and Bangladesh’s Dordoi FC also qualified for the second round. Now, these three teams will be grouped with another three clubs and second phase of qualification is done.
